I LOVE THIS OFFICE MEGAN IS GREAT!

Dr. Macdonald has treated me on about five occassions. Three of which were for the same thing as he kept guessing as to what was wrong. Of course I had to pay for each visit while he "practiced" finding out what was wrong. X-ray machine is old, unclear and takes terrible pictures b ut he charges for each one like they are perfect. The last time he treated me was for a huge cycst in my groin area. He gave me antibiotics but later that day as the cyst became more infected, I called his answering service but he never called back. It cost me $200 to go to an Urgent Care Facility to get a little something for the pain, which was tremendous. Dr. Grant Macdonald is a prime example of a doctor that is just riding out the money wave without consideration of the quality of his care. Bad reviews don't bother him because he is at the end of his career and doesn't have to care. I would not suggest him at all and I would never go back. That's a shame because his staff is fantastic.

This doctor's staff lost my records. Has not filed my $375.00 payment with my insurance company so that it can be credited against my deductible. It took him 2 weeks to provide my pharmacy with refill information and then it was not completed properly. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and I went without insulin for 2 weeks. I visited this doctors office once and there will not be a second time. The doctor never laid hands on me during the exam. He had never seen me as patient before. This was a bad experience all the way around.
