Dr. Donald P Mcgrorey, MD

This Doctor is good Doctor but unfortunately his office mgr Emma is horrible. I went in for free Wellness check up and was sent a bill, when I called to try and talk about it she kept talking over me and kept saying it was my problem, then started being all rude and hung up on me. The next day she calls me and says oh don't worry about it we just wrote it off, when I questioned her about being rude, she started talking crap again and hung up. Wow I thought. Wrote it off, what am I a piece of trash! Hey Doc! Get rid of that office mgr Emma! She has no patience and should definitely not be working with the public!

Dr. Mcgrorey is a good doctor, his problem is he has a lousy office staff. He has had 3 office managers in the last 5 years and uses student medical technicians. The current Office Manager stinks and is very rude.

The office visits (long vs short) are a hit or miss, so is how swamped the office staff is with work, which effects their usually pleasant demeanor. The doctor himself is sincere and seems to have the patient's best interest when treating them. I have learned if you don't ask, he won't either- so weird or confusing speak up. Also kind of annoying, but he leaves the room and you think he went to get paperwork etc, but will never come back. One time I waited 20 mins, then gave up and stuck my head out. Apparently, the front was preparing my blood test referrals, but I wouldn't know that because no one told me?! Overall though, he seems like a good doctor.

Wonderful Dr. who provided me with the highest standard of care and attention to detail. I walked right in and was able to see him within 10 minutes. Will be back with the kids!
