So far the customer service and reception help at this office has been horrible. They fail to answer the phones and when they do you are put on hold for over 20 mins at a time. To make matter worse, the new patient person lost the files my Dr. sent to the office two weeks ago and now they have to be resent to the office. I have called this office four times in the last ten days. They failed to return my voice message and only once did I get to talk to a real person. I believe that Dr. Messersmith needs to know and understand the lack of proper patient care his office is provides. Despite this complaint I still look forward to the doctors excellent care. He is highly rated.

Dr. Messersmith has been with me since I was 17 and I would never changed cardio doctors. He's caring and amazing!!
