You want your doctor to be a kind and generous soul. He is anything but.

Over the past several years I have had three orthopedic procedures performed by Dr. Middleton: closed reduction of dislocated right hip (original surgery done by different surgeon); surgical repair of fractured elbow; and, most recently, left total hip replacement in Feb. 2016. Each time I was impressed by Dr. Middleton's kindness, unhurried manner, willingness to listen, to answer questions, and provide thorough information. I have been completely satisfied with the results of each procedure.

At the age of 62, I had my first injury; a meniscus torn in 3 places. Dr. Middleton was courteous and informative. He called me the night before the surgery and the evening of the surgery. He met with me pre and post surgery at the hospital. He was very supportive. I am proud to say that 7 months post surgery, I am riding on the bike trail with speed faster than pre-surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Middleton for anyone needing knee surgery.

Dr. Middleton has been my Dr. for over 20yrs. he is very caring not quick to do surgery. He take great care in providing option before suggesting surgery. He has excellent bedside manners and follow up skills. I would like to say I thank God Dr. Middleton

I recently had knee reconstruction, 10/19/09 to be exact. From the start Dr Middleton has been nothing but courteous, informative and supportive. From the very first appointment to the night before my surgery when he called me to see how I was doing and if I was prepared for the surgery. There was a follow up call the evening of the surgery as well. I went in for my first follow-up today to which he showed me the detailed pictures of the surgery and explained picture by picture what had been done.He's an unbelievably busy Dr and handles one appt after the other so each person may not get the "feel good" feeling one might be looking for as he wants to attend to each person. THIS I appreciated because this is why I was always able to get in WHEN I needed to and at decent times. He's an excellent surgeon that I would recommend to anyone.
