As a doctor you should listen to your patients complaints not tell them it too busy

Dr. Nadeau listened to my symptoms, provided x-rays, was incredibly compassionate and sympathetic, and had a path for pain relief in all in about an hour. What's better than a stranger who cares?

This was the first time that anyone made me feel as though I was narcotic seeking, shame on me for being in pain and for having a valid reason......Never again

I loved being treated as if I were pain seeking....despite having a legitimate medical condition. So insulting. The rest of the staff is wonderful, i will never, ever go back to see him.

Visit was for a UTI and needed a new scrip for Viagra, didn't find out he will not prescribe til after the Co-Pay was paid. They should tell you that stuff up front. The waiting room had women and children around (no privacy] so ED was not discussed with the receptionist - my fault being old school. When I finally got to see the doc, I did mention right off I needed a scrip for Viagra, he said he would not do that but would treat the UTI - Frankly I should have ended the visit right there but felt it would be impossible to get a refund do I did take the scrip for the UTI. This guy need to get on board with the real world - I'm a healthy 65 and many docs will prescribe ED treatments but not this one. BEWARE. Hope someone else finds this info useful.
