Terrible doctor and staff. I went to Dr Newland for a problem with consistent nasal drainage. He was extremely arrogant and dismissive. After the procedure I developed a sinus infection. He prescribed an antibiotic which did not work. I called to get help and it took 4 days to get a return call. I called their after hour call center and got no returned call. Terrible patient care!

Excellent bedside manner. I had a most enjoyable encounter with Dr. Newland. I had seen many ENT and other doctors for years without help or improvement of my sinus and ear problems. He listened to my problem and really fixed me. I had surgery for my sinuses and ears and it has really saved me. My sleep quality and exercise has improved incredibly. I have recommended him to all my family and friends! Excellent Doc!

Dr. Newland is a caring and conscientious doctor. I have seen him along with many family and friends. He has been my doctor for 10 years now. I originally saw him for sinus and allergy problems. On a routine visit he found a bump on my saliva gland. I was just concerned about my allergies (which he did help). I have to thank him for saving my life. Turned out that bump was Cancer. He took care of me through the whole time from surgery and referred me to a great radiation doctor. When my kids needed surgery, i took them straight to Dr. Newland.

Dr. Newland has been and excellent doctor- He took care of my daughter for ear tube and tosillectomy surgery. He has done surgery for my husband for snoring and sinuses. He sleeps so much better- and so do i! He has seen me for allergy drops and even takes care of my parents hearing. I think he is a family-oriented doctor. Very hard to find in a specialist. He always spends time with us and is thorough. He answers all our questions and we are all very comfortbale with him.

I am extremely sensitive when people are messing with my ears. Dr. Newland was very patient with me and tried a few methods of treatment to make me more comfortable and was eventually able to solve my problem. I would recommend him to anyone having ENT issues.

I've taken my daughter to see Dr. Newland for the past two years. He is always prompt and thoroughly explains his plan for treatment. I have other friends and relatives that are also patients and speak very highly of him as well.

I found it completely baffling that this man decided to go into a care industry He didn't listen at all to our history and if we tried to tell him anything or give more details he would cut us off. We walked out and my kid said to me I don't want to go back to that doctor. Me either!!

First thing, I am a nurse that works at the hospital that Dr. Newland works at. I am writing in response to the negative reviews. I know many people have different experiences, but I cannot believe they saw the same doctor. He is very well respected in our community. All the nurses and doctors in The Woodlands send their patients, family members, friends, and selves to see him, or one of his partners. My daughter had tonsillectomy and ear tubes by him and it was the best possible experience. Dr. Newland is the only ENT I trust to perform my daughter's surgery.

I had seen my family doctor many times. I was sent to my Dentist, a neurologist, and another ENT doctor. I had numerous labs, MRIs, CT scans by other doctors. I came to Dr. Newland for a second opinion. He thoroughly reviewed and explained everything to me. He came up with a treatment plan, and now my sinuses and headaches are back to normal. I wish I came here first.
