Staff and Steward not deserving of even one star.

We have loved Dr. Stewart as a physician. Trust his treatment. Best bedside manner ever. However when we had an unusual, "out of the box" issue, the staff was completely negligent, not returning calls or answering the patient portal message. I was finally able to get thru to his "nurse" who said she would talk to Dr. Stewart and call me back. She was fairly rude and impatient on the phone and never called back. This was very costly to me as a patient. Not acceptable.

I would recommend Dr Stewart to patients needing a highly qualified urologist; however, I feel his staff should not leave patients sitting in the consultation rooms for 2 hours when he is running late without so much as an I am sorry that the Doctor has been unavoidably detained.
