Dr Willems consistently over prescribes narcotics to our communities drug addicts. He is a key part in south floridas drug problem. He contributes to oxycontin addicts and I have personally seen him over prescribe multiple C-2 narcotics to people who do not need them. He is an enabler. Avoid him, he has poor professional and moral judgement.
