Dr. Donald Zedalis, MD

Maybe if all you need is CPAP stuff you are OK, but anything else forget it. He was quick to blame other doctors and organizations for diagnosis issues. When you try to contact them, you have to leave a message and good luck if anyone gets back to you. If they do not get back to you and you come in person to seeks answers, he acts as though you are impeding on his time. I am not the only one who has issues with him as a doctor, but I cannot comment on what I have not experienced.

Dr. Zedalis was super nice, and he explained everything so I could understand it all. I didn't have to wait very long. They also fixed my cpap machine so it wasn't using all the water, and I am most grateful for that. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for such a pleasant visit.

My experience here at this office was very pleasant! Starting with the Office Staff all the way back to the nurses. They are very knowledgeable. Comment regarding medication refill: Most Offices require at least 24 to 48 hours (if not a week) in order to process your refill request. I also understand that I am not the only patient that this office has!

Every time I need a med refill it is like an act of Congress to get it. They advise on their machine (not in person, by the way) that you should call your pharmacy. Even the pharmacy has to wait several days to get a call back or the prescription faxed over.
