Dr. Donatella Graffino, MD

Dr. Graffino's diagnosis was incorrect. She relies on allergy testing but has no insight to systemic conditions and is in no way able to make a correct diagnosis and help her patients recover. She will only offer medication to cover the symptoms. In addition, I found her comments were not only condescending but also lacked a formal educated response to simple questions.

Dr. Graffino was very rude to me. She treated me like I was stupid when I asked any questions and I heard her say unprofessional things about me to the nurse in the hall. I don’t like to call people mean, but wow. Maybe she should be doing research or something, rather than interfacing with patients.

She was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. My wife left the office crying. My wife took my daughter to do an allergy test because she had bad symptoms of allergies, but she said that is no allergy tests and she wants to see the symptoms. She said my wife wants a magic trick. My wife felt so bad that she left the office crying.

Went by referral of my PCP due to large lesions that are hot to the tough and extremely itchy. She never ran tests told me it was bug bites and to have my dogs groomed and clean my house. It was winter time no biting bugs. Very disappointed I do not recommend.

Dr. Graffino is a wonderful physician who spends time with her patients. I always feel that my time with her during an appointment is as important to her as it is to me. She knows how to relate to her patients and is genuinely interested in providing the best medical care. I highly recommend Dr. Graffino!

I have suffered from chronic hive outbreaks for over 20 years. She immediately recommended a course of treatment that controlled my latest outbreak. I honestly don't understand these negative reviews as they do not reflect my experience with her or her staff. She's smart, kind, personable and very well versed in her specialty and explains things well. She's responsive and accessible. People need to recognize that allergies, hives and asthma cannot be cured, they can only be controlled. I thoroughly trust her and find her office staff to be helpful and courteous. I would recommend her without reservation.

My child saw the doctor once, then staff played games with appointment times and we wasted a LOT of time. Eventually, had to get a new doctor.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. The technician who did my son's breathing test told my son he's not listening and that's why she couldn't get an accurate reading. I had to intervene. It scared my son who never had that test before. Didn't even bother reassuring the child. We were made to transfer to the doctor's room as she likes to talk to patients in her office ( which is weird ) because it was just adjacent to the examining room. The doctor was condescending and didn't really offer me insight on what's going on with my son except semi talking down to me why am I "bent on giving my son food that's he's allergic to ". I tried to explain that that's why I'm there because my son wants " solution and feel like a normal kid and not sit on the special table in school ". Her manners are rough and scared my son. And we could hear her screaming at somebody while we were waiting for her even when the door was closed. She might have 30 years of experience under her belt but because of ur… overall experience from the way the staff treated us, to the doctors condescending manner WE are going to look for another doctor.

Dr. Graffino has helped me so much, I appreciate all she does for me, I am here because of her. Thank you so much.
