Dr. Dong Hyung Kim, MD

Kim is interested in performing as many surgeries as possible even if he starts letting it slip that he doesn’t think they’ll be successful? (Happened to me...) this guy is the clear picture of a egomaniac. He obviously is doing unnecessary pineal surgeries to bleed (pun intended) out insurance companies and mislead patients. Shame on him. Wish I’d done more research before I wasted my time meeting with him and staff. Very interesting reading on his sexual harassment involvement too ;(

My father had glioblastoma. He had 2 brain surgeries performed by Dr. Kim. He survived 4 years and 3 months thanks to the great doctors and surgeries he had. Not only is Dr. Kim a great surgeon you can tell he cares and has a great bedside manner.

I had an AVM on the right side of my brain that no doctor in my city wanted to operate on. They referred me to him and he operated me within a week. This was in 2010. Nine years later I am doing great and had no problems since the operation. Greatest doctor in the world to me.

This Dr. is very informative and caring. He has helped me manage my pain with a successful surgery and talked me through the entire process allowing for concerns to be aired. His staff and appointment flow are knowledgeable, trusting and reassuring. He is a teaching Dr. and his Residents are equally professional and helpful.

I Love Dr. Dong Kim. He is the best ever, his staff are as well. I so look up to this Dr. For saving me from a life of electric pain. For his love and care as he talks to a patient. The ease he makes one feel when one thinks there is no hope. To hear, I can help you, are words I thought I'd never here. I'll forever use Dr. Dong Kim. Thank you for being my Doctor

I was encouraged that Dr. Kim said on his website that He would help with a pineal cyst no matter what size it is, so this didn't turn out to be the case. Like so many people going through a laundry lists of medical problems I was encouraged by his statements on line. I also realize that doctors are just people who study medicine, they are people just like I am. My main concern about all of this is this! I am losing my sight. I have extreme pressure in my head. my eyes don't want to open. and all I got from him is we could do more radiosurgery/more radiation on my trigiminal nerve, even though it didn't work the first time. He looks at the outward person not at the inward person. I have just decided to live with all of these symptom until they cannot be ignored Thank You

Dr. Kim does not fuss. He exudes confidence and that confidence transfers right to the patient. He is very gentle and loving. The staff is great too. Audra was very competent and Briana always fun. Thank you Dr. Kim for everything and that includes my life.

Dr. Kim repaired my 8 1/4 mm brain anurysm and now two years later I am in perfect health. I truly feel Dr. Kim saved my life. Since my surgery I have known about three people who dropped dead due to an anurysm. He is my life saver.
