Excellent service from Dr. Dolan.

Dr. Dolan's front office is the worst that I've ever seen. It's hard to get appointments or to even have them call me back. One time, I ended up having to go to the ER because I waited for hours to see if I could have an appt. and they didn't even have the courtesy to return my call. I tried to get my prescriptions refilled, and couldn't get a call back for that either. WTH wrong with that office. I'll be looking elsewhere for a doctor who cares.

I’ve been going to Dr. Dolan for 14 years. She diagnosed my parathyroid disease several years ago, and has kept close watch on a couple of my chronic health issues. I find her friendly, competent, and encouraging. I trust her intent and her judgment. Better than “good enough”!

I really liked Dr. Dolan. She was very kind, thoughtful and thorough and took the time to fully understand my medical needs. She seemed very capable and had a great bedside manner. Her staff was all very courteous and I really liked her nurse Lindsey. The office is clean, pleasant and appeared to be well run. Great overall experience so highly recommend.

Inaccurate - I give up pursuing a diagnosis 90% of the time.

I have been with dr Dolan for 3yrs and she is nothing what the other comment described. She cares less about cashing out there was a few times when I couldnt pay and she still treated me. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr Dolan has an often busy office, but everything is handled efficiently and wait time is not excessive. She seems to be a physician much more knowledgablethan most doctors in general practice. I haven't had a serious problem since she became my doctor 6 years ago, but she has noticed several problems and dealt with them proactively.

I had been an established patient of Dr. Dolan's for two years and was then in a car accident. The ER told me to get checked out by my primary care doctor since I had a concussion in the accident. First, she didnt even want to see me (!) then she treated me with complete hostility because she didn't like to "deal" with car accidents. I started having blackouts and seizures and her answer was to literally throw a bottle of antidepressants at me! It turned out I had a severe closed head injury and she completely missed it. (It was THE FIRST question my new doctor asked me if I had been check for when he heard my history.) Dr. Dolan is only interested in writing prescriptions for common ailments and cashing her insurance payment checks. From my experience, she cares nothing about her patients (remember I had been with her for 2 years before the accident) or for "doing no harm".
