i can summarize her in one word that rhymes with witch dismissive and disrespectful

She is caring & concerned. Very personable.

I literally practically have PTSD from my birth experience. Dr. Kasello is ice cold, has NO IDEA how to interact with someone who's nervous. I literally had to say to her "I know you do this all day, but I have never done this, so your attitude is really unhelpful." She is cold as ice and has zero empathy. On top of that, she talked about me to another patient without realizing that patient was a friend of mine. Seriously, please just find another doctor.

She has zero business having a career that should entail a great amount empathy and bedside manor. Instead she's cold and extremely judgemental.

Upon going through some really rough pelvic pain, Dr. Kassello went through all of the treatment options thoroughly and patiently. She gave me her recommendation, but respected my body as my choice. She listened to my feelings on it all. In the end, I got a hysterectomy, and I am so grateful that she took such good care of me. She is always straight to the point, while maintaining compassion.

This doctor is heartless and cruel. It's surprising someone like this chose a career that should involve tender care, empathy, compassion. She treats people like chattel. She's the last person you want to be near during pregnancy and birth.

Gave me all her time during the appointment, was not preoccupied with her last patient. Felt I was treated as the adult I am, not a naive two year old.

Went to her for lower abdominal pain. I explain to her my symptoms and when she did the internal she jammed her fingers inside which caused me to push myself almost off the table. I was in tears from the pain. Not once did she try and console me or ask if I was ok. She is cold hearted with absolutely no bedside manner. I wouldn't bring a pregnant hamster to this doctor.

Very friendly staff... Dr . Kasello was very gentle, talkative, and very thorough!
