Extremely poor bedside manner, has no compassion

Dr. Miller is wonderful! I've been seeing her for years and she is the only person I trust!

Dr Miller ran in and out QUICKLY. She did a pap and left all the materials laying there afterwards and left the room. I called in a week later for results and she had never made sure they were sent off to the lab so there were no results... I had a pap for nothing. Horrible bedside manner, has NO time or patience, and was not professional at all.

Dr. Miller is the best gyn I've been to. She made me feel comfortable, let me ask questions, and didn't make me feel rushed. I felt her concern for my well being and wants the best medical care for me. During the pelvic exam she was very gentle and talked me through it. I had a very good experience with Dr. Miller!!!

I was told that the Dr. generally runs an hour late - but was still asked to come in a half hour early to fill out paperwork. The Dr. was flat out rude when I had the nerve to object to sitting for 2 hours. In addition - I got a call from the office about tests that had been run saying I had a problem, there were a couple of different medications I could take if I wanted to. No information on the extent of the problem, whether the Dr. was telling me I should take the meds, what the effects of taking or not taking them were ... nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. I had the test results sent to my regular Dr. so he can actually provide information and recommendations. I will never go back to Miller for anything!

I have been seeing Dr. Miller for the past 10 years or so. I have seen her build her practice up to a very successful business by herself. So many women see her and her partners. I am always recommending her myself. That is why the wait time to get in for regular appointments is crazy, but I think that is a good sign. I have to admit that she caters to pregnant women more. Having 2 children now I can say that I am thankful for that. The wait time for appointments and at the office are cut in half. She really spends time with me and pays attention to my 4 year old too. She actually took her to the bathroom for me during one of my appointments last year (because I was undressed)! What doctor does that? She also cares enough about her patients to send them to the best specialists in town when needed. Because of past medical problems and my age I was cared for by additional doctors who focused on my specific needs. She knew what was going on the whole pregnancy. I had to… have a C-section both times because my daughers were Frank Breek. There was some serious fears about my epidural with both pregnancies, but she took the extra steps herself (not her staff) with the anesthesiologists to ensure that I was in good hands. During this past surgery she made sure that my favorite CD was playing and we were all singing and laughing. The experience was actually FUN if anyone can believe that. Now I am back to being a regular patient like everyone else, but I will wait as long as it takes to see her (knowing that she is paying special attention to those Mom-to-be's)!!

she delivered my children via c section. she is a very caring doctor however i am not happy with the way my c section scar looks. she didn't want to take any responsiblity for that. the henderson office is so busy, i've waited more than an hour on more than one occasion. the staff is great except for dr. millers nurse....i forget her name, but she truly is scary mean.

Two years ago I attempted to make an appoint with Dr. Miller for my annual. I was told she no longer sees patients for annuals and I would be forced to see Marcia. I refused to see Marcia as she was unprofessional and mean to my daughter. I had been seeing Dr. Miller about 9 months after she arrived in LV and have always been impressed with her bedside manner. However, her staff over books, long waits up to 2 hrs and then the final straw of ignoring my desire to see a physician I had a good relationship with. I was forced to seek another OB/GYN and found out that I have a pollup that I now wait to find out results from. I waited 2 years to find someone else because of this lack of respect for my desire to see MY physician.

i so happen to work for the office and the comment left about the cancer thing is complety crap NO ONE in the office would EVER tell anyone that..so if you are that bored and want to make up sad lies go somewhere else :)

Today I called to get my test results on a mammogram the woman with whom I spoke to told me my results were not in. I told her I was concerned and her reply to me was"dont worry because if you have cancer it wont matter if you find out today or in ten days,because in the end the result will still be cancer!! Very unprofessional and I will not recommend anybody be treated that way!!!
