Dr. Donna Marie Smith, MD

Dr not concerned about procedure performed which she coded incorrectly and was therefore not covered by insurance. After numerous calls and requests both she and her staff did not help at all. Went to another ob/gyn who said the painful procedure was unnecessary! Her staff was busy talking to each other as though I was not present when I came for appointments. Very disappointed.

I've been with Dr. Smith for over 22 years, and her and her staff has always been a courteous office staff from day one. I've referred so many people to her, and everyone had given the same treatment. Keep up the good work!

I had Primary Peritoneal Cancer in 2013. We could not find it at first, but she would not give up. After many tests that came back negative, PET scan finally found it -Stage 3. She did surgery and I did 4 mths of chemo. All has been clear. She was good, sad she is no longer in AZ? Thank you Donna Marie Smith, I really just wanted to Thank you for not giving up.

I love Dr.Smith she was my doctor for about maybe 10 years I'm gonna miss her very much out off all the doctors and tests I went through my first visit she knew what my problem was I felt good with her as my doctor. I hope others enjoy her she's a # 1 gynecologist

would not recommend very un- professional appearance office untidy front desk always changing all i can say is ever heard of HIPPA and OSHA dr. on cell phone during my visit ever heard of vibrate smh

the staff was fine location is well how do you say unsafe the dr was a bit distant and her appearance was not professional at all
