Donna Spears

Donna Spears is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Since beginning working with patients in 2020, Donna has made a concerted effort to understand her patients needs. She offers appropriate, evidence-based treatment options, referrals, and medications. Donna makes a point to approach the therapeutic relationship with a high level of care and commitment. Her goal is to connect with patients and consider all aspects of their lives during their diagnostic and treatment journey. In-session, patients can expect Donna to be approachable, welcoming, and friendly, as well as knowledgeable.

Donna has a wealth of experience treating a variety of psychiatric disorders. When appropriate, she believes in recommending alternative treatments as well as more traditional therapy and medication management. In her spare time, Donna spends time with friends and family, gardens, shops, travels, and colors in adult coloring books. She is an avid dog-lover. Donna enjoys working with SohoMD …because of her fantastic colleagues and the opportunity to work long-term with her patients.
