My boyfriend went to go see this lady for depression and PTSD. First of all, if you are dealing with someone with depression who is potentially SUICIDAL , you do NOT ignore them when they reach out to your "personal number" during such an emergency. Second, you do not use that "personal number" that is supposedly for emergency use, to send your patient a text stating that they're employer paperwork is "too troublesome" and that you will have to charge them extra as a result. YOU DON'T DO THAT TO SOMEONE WHO IS SUFFERING FROM STRESS AND DEPRESSION. You freaking idiot! That only stresses them out more and makes them more resistant to seeking help for fear of being charged or judged due to someone else (the employer's) mistake. I do not recommend this woman. She needs to be out of business. She is extremely unprofessional, lazy and all about the money. And we will be seeking legal counsel if necessary.
