Dr. Donna J Johns Yeiser, MD

I love Dr. Yeiser and Christa. They are always attentive and kind. They do have a lady working in the front office that is rude every time I call and makes me feel like she is annoyed that I am making an appointment and definitely doesn’t want to be there. They have a few nurses that give off the same vibe of annoyance. We all have bad days but shouldn’t let it show to mama’s that are bringing their little ones to the doctors office and may already be worried about them. I don’t want to name any names, but please train your nurses and front staff to have positive attitudes.

Saw her at pediatric after hours clinic, she admitted my 21 month old to the hospital under false pretenses. We came to see her because our daughter had a 102.5 fever and fussiness and instead admitted us for child abuse investigation! You traumatized our family! We are not child abusers!

Horrible office staff, and I question the importance of money over my child's well-being there!

We have been so pleased to have Dr. Yeiser as our daughter's pediatrician. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their families. I feel she is a wonderful doctor who is very thorough in her assessments and diagnoses. On a personal level, our daughter was notorious for screaming/crying at all of her visits for the first 18 months of her life. Dr. Yeiser always said "She'll love me when she's 2". It is so true! At almost 3 years old, she carries her "Dr. Yeiser kit" around at home to treat her stuffed animals and dolls at home, while bringing one with her on her visits for Dr. Yeiser to "check" as well.

My daughter had had several tramatic experiences with doctors and nurses by the time she was 2 years old. We changed doctors at age two and started seeing Dr. Donna. Her first visit started out scary for her, but Dr. Donna spent a long time just talking with her. My daughter is almost 12 years old and loves her Dr. Donna. She has been such a blessing to our family, especially to my daughter.

I love dr Yeiser at first,however, her office staff is horrible. You can never get seen unless you call that morning at 8 you maybe can get in at the end of the day if you lucky. Also now when we go in for sick visit she is never there we have to see her partner dr mac. Looking to change doctors after my 3mthsun old had fever of 103.4 and couldn't get seen and told me to take to pediatrics after hours or ER.
