Dr Ling has always been very friendly, courteous and professional

Dr. Ling is a great doctor. I have been a patient for many years and hope to continue. She always is friendly and most of all takes the time to listen.

Dr. Ling is a fantastic doctor and always helps us with our health. We have been going to her for years and we will continue for as long as we can.

Dr. Ling has been my doctor for many years. I would not change. She listens, takes her time with you, She shows she cares.

As previously stated, the provider was amazing. It was my first visit and I felt fairly comfortable because she showed genuine concern and acted on those concerns.

I'm assuming the expertise is a given but perhaps I shouldn't. Along with all the characteristics listed in the title, Dr. Ling is also a listener. I think she is the best Dr. I've ever had.

My grandfather was going to her for quite some time and he usually had to wait months at a time just to get an appointment. Then on his last visit before she walked into the room he heard her say “this one takes up too much of my time.” You’re a doctor all of your patients should take up your time. He quickly found a new one. Definitely don’t recommend her

Have been a patient of Dr. Ling's for a number of years. Dr. Ling, her nurses & front desk staff are excellent. The problem is their billing department. They double charge & are unwilling to admit or correct the problem. They will tell you that you do not know what you are talking about. Three months later with help of my insurance company they finally realized it was a double charge. They would not issue the monetary credit on my next visit. Explained that it is a third party issue not theirs. Beware of their charges. Would give Dr. Ling 5 stars but her billing department 0 stars if I could.

Nice lady but long long wait in waiting room!
