Dr. Dorothy Theresa Christman, MD

I thought the doctor was very good. Seemed to know about her job and didn't fuss at me too much. Staff was very nice, so I don't know what the other people complained about. Maybe these girls are new since those were written. Was pretty good overall.

I have seen a lot of doctors over the years. Usually, I get about 3 minutes of rushed doctor care and no concern or care about my costs for medicine. However, Dr. Christman was totally different. She spent time explaining things to me, changing my medications to more affordable options that were safe, and she was just downright nice to me. I would definitely recommend her to other seniors.

I really liked this doctor. She seemed to really care and she spent a lot of time with me. Knew what she was talking about and referred me to a great specialist.

Dr is ok. She did have test run that other doctors didn't feel were needed. the office staff is very rude. Dr came be very abrupt at times and doesn't always listen. I left the practice.

She is not a pill pusher, she is very attentive and caring and thourogh. Her nurse is very sweet and excellent. She is the only doctor on staff so you know you will have the same doctor everytime you go in. She knows all of her patients. Everytime I go in there she asks me about my dog and my kids and I only go like once every 6 months so she really does remember you. She has had good front office staff for the most part, has changed a few times but they have always been good. They call you back right away with test results and answers. And my kids love her!

I have been going to Dr.Christman since they have opened. Sherree has always been wonderful and always makes me feel a ease especially when I had to get a shot or a mole removed. Dr.Christman is so friendly and through and I KNOW I am getting the best care possible and she DOES NOT put me on any drugs I do not absolutely need to be on. She really makes it know the she wants noting but the best for you and that she would never lie about anything to you just to get some more money. And she employs her own family. Both her daughters work for her as data entry clerks and janitorial staff. And her husband is he office manager. So you know she must be a very good and caring person to employ her family. She has changed front office staff a few times and it is always hit or miss with them but when it comes to the nurse and Doctor it is ALWAYS EXCELLENT. I definitely recommend going here. She also does paps and echoes and cardioid artery scans. Best Dr. I have ever had.

Dr. C is a very compassionate care giver. She is careful with prescriptions and does not hand out downers and psych meds which probably explains some of the negative comments. You can get an appointment right away and they have always been on schedule. I love Dr. C as my doctor!

Have been seeing Dr. Christman for several years. I have found her to be very caring to my issues. The nurses have been just as kind. I would recommend her to anyone.

My daughter was having a mental health crisis. When she called to speak to the Doctor she was informed that, first the doctor does not speak to patients on the phone ever, they must speak to a nurse. Secondly the nurse told her that the doctor does not deal with mental health issues and that she must speak to another doctor. Since it was difficult for my daughter make the phone call in the first place, she then felt abandoned by her primary doctor which caused a stressful situation even more so. She was not given even a doctor to call. It seems that a primary physcian should have a least the curtesy to speak to my daughter and find out if she were in real crisis! The office nurse was extremely condecending to my daughter and then to me when I asked why the doctor couldn't see my daughter. It was only after that that they called to see if my daughter might be suicidal. Mostly to cover their butts. I would never recommend this office!

I had so many problems that Dr. Christman helped me with. She went out of her way to take that extra step and I appreciate that so much. She really cared about how I was doing and her staff called me to check on me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting a good doctor.
