Dr. Dorothy Hoyt Clark, MD

Dr. Clark sewed my nipple tissue under my nipples intermixed with scar tissue. I have dealt with absecesses, foreign objects left in my body after the surgery, years of abnormal mammograms, and an inoperable calcium deposit that gives me great pain. In my opinion, she should have lost her license to practice medicine years ago.

Dr. Clark permanently mutilated my breasts and scarred my body for life. Parts of my nipples are sewn underneath my nipples and inter mixed with the scarring. I am aware that I am not her only patient who has been similarly scarred. As a young woman and non-smoker there were complications with the surgery and I had a breast clot that had to operated on again only a few hours after the surgery, where Dr. Clark appeared to be inebriated. She was condescending and callous in her bedside manner. Once when I was in pain she told me to shut up. A couple of years later I had complications again when an abscess formed and a piece of two inch blue wire surfaced in my breast and had to be removed by another surgeon. For several decades I have had abnormal mammograms and this year where the abscess used to be a calcium deposit built up and created a lump in my breast that feels exactly like cancer, it cannot be removed, and it is painful. Initially Dr. Clark told me that I would be able to… breast feed, knowing that this was a deal breaker for me. She said yes, and after the surgery she said no. She lied. In my opinion, she should have lost her medical license years ago.
