She Is totally inadequate. She did a surgical procedure that changed my life forever!. She did not educate that this could cause permanent disability to Include no sex, chroonic pain, Infection and Inability to work. If she would have provided the Gold Standard Education , I am not an Idiot of would have said no thank you to that. Hope you are getting paid a lot of money to be a pre-ceptor for the Johnson and Johnson company. I hope it Is adequate to make up for the guilt and shame you must feel "do no harm).

My complaint is not with the doctor or nurses, but with the office staff. They rescheduled my initial appointment twice, didn't give me a reminder call before, and then were surprised when I showed up on the wrong day. Then messed up another appointment I had scheduled to re-do a diagnostic test. However, I will give them good credit for working me in anyway with minimal wait. I also think the waiting area is too small with only a few chairs. I felt like I had to whisper to the receptionist when asked what I was there for because it was embarrassing. There should be more privacy or the receptionist shouldn't be asking that question. It should already be documented. Everyone in the waiting room can hear what is said at the front desk.

I was referred by my Primary Physician who said "She is the best" She corrected the problem surgically with competence and she gets to know you personally and strives to give you the best quality of life that you can have. "SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!!"

It's been a long time since I've had the pleasure of meeting such a pleasant and efficient doctor. I was treated with dignity in so many ways: caring, timeliness, humor, and the efficiency and courtesy of the staff. I can't say enough good things!
