Dr. Dorrie Catherine Tredway, MD

Dr Tredway is my for the past 3 years...she is the greatest. I even recommended my mother to her.

I read a lot of comments about her being rude and not having a good bed side manner. She was friendly, understanding and non judgmental. I had my first visit today and was nervous , she put me at ease. I am overweight and she did not look down her nose at me as some stated she did to them. She let me know, I am obese, it's her job to help me get better. She gave me suggestions on how to get started making better choices and how to get started and what to do. In no way did I feel she was judging me.

If you like a Dr who is argumentative, she is your gal. Rolled her eyes at me when I said that my meds were bothering my stomach. Suggested weight loss surgery (I need to lose about 30 #'s) seems drastic to me not to her. I could go on & on. Only good thing I can say she has a cute haircut.

She is rude and unprofessional snob.

If you want to be bullied Dr. Tredway is the Dr. for you. Rolled her eyes when I told her the meds bothered my stomach then told me she was doubling them. Wouldn't stop harping me till I broke down in tears. There is more but I'm getting mad thinkig about her.

Have seen Dr Tredway for about 5 years now and would never even think about seeing another Dr. She takes time with me, explains everything, has great bedside manners and understands my needs. Best Dr I've ever seen.

Prior to her coming into my room, I could overhear Dr. Tredway berating an elderly man for not having a copy of his medications. When she saw me she informed me my complaints were due to "old age" and that I should spend more time stretching and fix my diet. I sought a second opinion, had blood work done, and was given an actual diagonosis that requires medication. Given my diagonosis, not having medication to help would be disastrous. She missed something major. Dr. Tredway is not a good doctor.
