I should have realized that a prompt open in his schedule to see me was a bad sign. My visit was related to a minor discomfort in one of my articulations. In his 90 seconds interview, the only thing he did was refer me to a "good doctor". I was sad to see a "doctor" over the 60s that couldn't treat such minor injury. Obviously, I'm not following a referral suggested by him.

Been going to Doc Blatz for many years now. He's fixed my shoulders and knees and I've had fantastic results each time.

I have seen Dr. Blatz since 2000. He has repaired my rotator cuff and replaced my right ACL. Both surgeries were resulted in the return of total functionality. Dr. Blatz's patient relations manner is superb, in the office and at the surgical center he is empathetic and treats patients with the respect and kindness that makes it extremely comfortable to engage him for professional services.

Dr. Blatz is very well educated on current techniques such as stem cell and PRP and will try to avoid invasive surgery if possible. While his bedside manner may be a bit gruff, I far prefer it to the puffed up egotists that too easily dispense drugs or immediately recommend surgery.

I saw Dr. Blatz for a shoulder tendonitis, and for a knee strain. Both times he immediately recommended surgery.I ended up getting a second opinion. The new orthopedist sent me to a physical therapist and in 2 months, both areas were back to new!! SCARY!!

Doctor's haste and carelessness was a liability.

Done ACL surgery on my knee 15 years ago. All along my knee felt loose.I just had another episode and now need to redo it. My doctor said that the last episode wasn't the cause and the ligament wasn't attached well for a while now. I am one of the unsuccessful cases.
