Dr. Douglas Coleman Brown, MD

This is my second time seeing Dr. Brown since 2009. No paoweoqke was went to me to complete beforehand, but I noticed one person had received it by mail. My appointment qaw at 9:00. I arrived at 8:50am. She said the system is down, so I waited for 2 hours. Finally called me at 10:10 after watching several people that came after me go back. I almost left, but the pain made me stay. I stayed in the back for another hour a someone comes in at 11:07 and left at 11:41. The doctor diagnosed me by looking at my X-Rays, but never showed his face.

I was required to visit by my lawyer as Dr. Brown takes liability clients. I have never waited LESS than an hour in the waiting room. One time waiting an hour for 2 total minutes with the him once I was back. I was referred after an accident while I was pregnant and upon meeting him he proceeded to tell me about his wife’s BMW accident...maybe check on the baby first.not required but would have been kinder! A man went to the restroom while waiting and was then skipped and not called back again for an additional 20 minutes.

I have had several surgeries on my joints. never once did I have a bad experience with him or his staff. I think he is tops.

Very courteous staff. I had a total knee replacement. Surgery went well, but the recuperation process is something I don't want to go through again. I guess I am just not used to being dependent on others (the recovery process.)

I knew when we went in for our first appt that my dad needed knee replacement! Dr Brown and staff took time to explain everything to him in detail so he would understand all that was going to happen. He did really well and had quick healing time. He was 76 at the time and 9 months later had the other knee done. He was 77 by then. We have been very happy with Dr. Brown with the time he puts in with the patients and taking care of us. Also has an awesome PA. !

Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor. He is friendly, fairy quick, and an overall great doctor. He has operated twice on me, twice on my mom, once on my brother, and numerous times on my dad. The entire staff, not only in his office but the entire surgery center, is extraordinary. I have absolutely no complaints and nothing but praise for them all!
