Dr. Douglas Hansen, DPM

Dr. Hansen did his undergraduate course study at Idaho State University. He received a B.S. in Biological Science from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He received his D.P.M. from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Rosalind Franklin University. He did a 3-year residency program in the Houston area at Kingwood Medical Center where he served as Chief Resident in his final year of training. Dr. Hansen is a Board Eligible in Foot and Ankle Surgery and an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. His professional interests are in treating everything from common foot problems such as heel pain, ingrown toenails, bunions and hammertoes to trauma which includes flat foot correction, ankle fractures and other reconstructive foot and ankle surgeries. Dr. Hansen served in the U.S. Army for 12 years prior to pursuing a career in medicine. His service includes a combat tour in Iraq. Dr. Hansen is on staff at Memorial …Hermann Memorial City, Methodist Willowbrook, Methodist West, West Houston Medical Center, Kingwood Medical Center, First Street Surgery Center, Oprex Surgery Center, and Kingsland Surgery Center. Dr. Hansen does his absolute best to provide the highest standard of care for his patients, and he always takes the time to listen to each patient. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, camping, fishing, and spending time with his two beautiful daughters.
