CAUTION!!!!I would highly not recommend Dr. Herera. I booked a consultation with him, for which he charges $150( which I was fine with). For 90 min he was basically repeating everything what I told him about my 2 teeth I had issues with . I even told him which roots need to be treated in every tooth. After taking very basic XRAYS two times with a very old xray machine, he said he needs to charge me additional $700-800 to take an X-ray in 3d photos. Each picture was $350. He was shocked when I decided to pass on his extremely high pricing , then he said; "What's the Issue - your Insurance will pay for it." The issue is I don't trust your expertise and ridicules pricing. As an endodontist shouldn't`t you use a CBCT machine from start? After I left this review they billed my insurance $400 for a visit. I am disputing the charge with my insurance and will be reporting them to DEPARTMNT OF HELATH

Dr. Herrera and his staff were extremely professional and courteous and I'd recommend him without hesitation. For someone who hates any kind of dental procedures, Dr. Herrera found a way to make each appointment memorable and comforting. He is a brilliant endodontist, and his staff was A+ at checking on me regularly and following up. Excellent service; clean and awesome atmosphere; very professional. 5 Stars all around.

Would not recommend. Office staff is very unprofessional and rude. Maybe Dr. Herrera is taking on too many patients, but he was very rushed and seemed to want to get you in and out as fast as possible. Didn't take time to explain things or answer questions. Was made to feel like a bother. Overall most negative dental experience I have ever had.

By far the worst person ever, leaves his patients outside for hours then once you are inside he leaves you sitting in the chair with rubber dam and files in your mouth and he goes to answer his phone and wont come back for about 40 mins, this while time leaving you alone and its difficult to swallow with everything in your mouth. He fights with his staff constantly and super rude with patients. DoNOT GO TO HIM.

The most curteous, skilled and kind Dentist I have ever been to... I have had 3 root canals with him . My general dentist even commented on the most recent xray,, "beautiful root canal." No pain. He accepts my insurance, Humana, and has two different locations. He is always willing to rearrange his schedule to accomodate mine and also emergencies.

Douglas herrera is a crook. Rushed me for payment while I waited in his office for a root canal. My insurance company quoted the work for 350. He made me pay 600 for procedures I did not need and was not covered by my insurance. When I called my insurance company to explain my situation they told me not to pay because obviously he was ttying to take advantage. He then got confrontational when I called him out on his wrong doing. Save your money and find someone who is honest and has the best intrest of their patient
