Dr. Douglas Luke Kehres, MD

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Kehres. I recently needed to find a new PCP and I opted to try Wise Family Practice Urgent Care, I have visited them in the past for a few needs and overall I have had good experiences. I went on-line and scheduled an appointment and honestly, having the ability to look on-line to schedule my appointment was super easy and that alone received high marks! No sitting on hold, no making sure you selected the correct option - quick and simple. The staff were all very nice, attentive and overall did their job quickly and efficiently, I will also add that it was relatively busy. I was brought in very close to the time I scheduled my appointment and after the nurse took my vitals she told me that "the doctor" will be in shortly. To my pleasant surprise Dr. Kehres actually came in a few minutes after the nurse left. I had a few things to discuss with Dr. Kehres and he listened to my questions, took some notes and he was very attentive listening… to me. After I was done reviewing my needs we discussed each and every item, we made a plan on which should be addressed first and plans when to go after the remaining items. Since my first visit, I have had a four (4) follow up appointments and as I said, I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kehres. He get's five (5) stars and an A+ from me.
