I have been seeing Dr. Doug Koppel for over 10 years. He has excellent manner with patients and his assistants. He is gentle and caring, professional and competent, and courteous. Treats me like family.

Dr. Koppel is personable, interested in your condition, and is hands-on. Some doctors stand across the room and don't even check out the problem close-up. I've always liked him and have sent many friends to see him.

I Have been a patient with the Koppel Family for some years now. Every time my family and I visit the staff have been the best !!! They ladies at the West Jefferson Hospital location have been the Best they are prompt ,very courteous. Doctor Koppel ,Douglas he's young full of energy and he is on point about what medications or things you need to try for your skin. I have been taking two new medications for acne . one is a topical called Epiduo gel. wow this stuff works and then he prescribed a pill called Nicomide it works too I'm pleased with these meds for now. Its been about four weeks and I've seen results. I'm a thirty six year old women getting adult acne. I love this group of people, when people ask about my skin I let them know that the Koppel family dermatology is the place to go !!! Thanks Koppel Family !!!!

Doctor refused to see me because I forgot my insurance card. I had the insurance company on the phone and they wanted to tell them that they authorize the visit and will pay, but the receptionist refused to talk to them. This doctor's office is all about the money, not relieving suffering.
