Dr. Douglas S Lax, DO

Dr. Lax is very thorough, listens to his patients and has excellent bedside manner. He is friendly and has straightforward, positive approach and takes the time to address any possible health concerns that may be related to the kidneys. Staff is excellent too! I definitely recommend him.

Dr Lax sometimes falls behind in his schedule so he takes his time with patients to make sure all their questions are answered before they leave which is rare these days I was so scared before I came to see him since I thought I was going to end up on dialysis but he relaxed me so much that I left his office laughing. What better recommendation is there!

He is an extremely enthusiastic doctor. He is very knowledgeable, patient and caring and makes you feel very comfortable. Staff is fabulous too and does a great job. Once I called for an emergency and was able to reach him right away.
