Dr. Douglas Neeld, MD

This is the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to! Dr. Neeld’s staff is so disorganized & no one ever calls you back when you ask. I called multiple times over a period of WEEKS to get a response to a simple question from these people & no one answers. I then asked to speak with the practice manager & they directed me to the assistant manager Angela who never calls you back! Sandy, who claimed to be the clinical coordinator, also doesn’t call you back or answer any questions you have! I would NEVER recommend anyone at the allergy partners because I don’t even feel safe receiving treatment there.

My daughter had Her 1st appointment w/ Dr Neeld right after He had a patient that had an anaphylactic shock. Because Her reaction to the food allergies where so little compared to His previous patient, He dismissed Her symptoms like nothing. We won’t be back and now I’ll have to fight insurance to approve a second opinion. We loved meeting Nurse Destiny, She’s awesome.

I've been going to Dr. Neeld for twenty years. He's very thorough, kind, and is very knowledgeable about his profession. I would highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Neeld is a great doctor. He's very thorough. He's very understanding and compassionate. He's great w children. My Kid's been a patient for 15 yrs.

My daughter came in to see Dr. Neeld regarding her allergies, and to try and figure out what could be triggering her eczema. He did an allergy panel on her and found she was allergic to almost everything outdoors and that was causing her flare ups, he explained everything in detail right down to how the prescribed meds given would help treat her, he even gave her several months supply of a nasal inhaler and a moisturizing cream so we didn't have to spend extra money for them. He was so sweet to my daughter and she trusts him whole heartedly, coming from a little one who fears Dr.s I was very impressed. Love this Dr. Neeld!

Unfortunately, the receptionists are who patients speak to first when entering an office and making appointments, etc. Those who hold that position really set the stage for the doctors offices they work at. When the receptionists are unkind and rude, it is easy for patients to just go see another doctor. I would only hope that doctors take a look at who they hire to work at the front desks.
