I had a visit via telehealth for the VA with him for 45 min and when i was done i had to remind him that we never covered the reason i was there. Later Optum who is the main contractor sent me a appointment for another day. long story short this doctor said that the appointment was canceled and he never sent anything for records over. funny canceled....what do you call the 49 min coversation then....he is trash.

Well, I was going to add to a prior review, but I can't find it. Two of the many false things he said about me was that I procrastinated, and that my low back pain was a mental health problem. Yesterday I met with my PCP about the results of my lumbar MRI, and two really significant things that were said to me were, "You have severe osteoporosis of the lumbar spine," (i.e., my low back pain was not a mental health problem), and, "I would expect to see a back like yours on a lifelong construction worker" (i.e., I am not a procrastinator). I realized a few years ago that his psych evals aren't about the people sitting in front of him; they're about him.
