Dr. Douglas John Raedy, DO

Dr Raedy diagnosed and solved my headache/sinus and ear infection causes on the first visit. My previous ENT, whom I saw for 5+ years, kept misdiagnosing and putting me off. Dr Raedy sent for me to have a fresh CT scan and sure enough - I had a cyst filling an entire sinus cavity. My previous ENT saw it when it was small and told me not to worry about it. I am SO GRATEFUL for Dr Raedy and his staff!!

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Raedy's for several years . In fact I would go no where else for excellent care is what he and his office provide. Knowledge, expert, caring , quick care it's all here regardless of your needs . The best in Southwest Michigan

I highly recommend Dr. Raedy for your ENT needs! I first met with Dr. Raedy about two months ago. I gave him my list of symptoms, also contributing to my TMJ condition. Dr. Raedy did sinus surgery on me a month ago. For as long as I can remember, I've been unable to breath through my nose or smell. I had constant, chronic sinus infections and headaches for years. I had pain in the temple and neck area, and swollen glands and a sore throat. I was treated with multiple antibiotics, sometimes back to back, to try to clear sinus infections and bronchitis. Once it was cleared it would return in a month or two. Since my surgery my breathing has improved to at least 80 percent. Dr. Raedy has me on gentle rinses, nose sprays and and will see me in a couple of weeks for post-op. I am amazed how my sinuses are opened up and it has also greatly relieved my headaches and tightness caused by being so plugged up. Thank you Dr. Raedy to you and your staff for giving me such great relief

Dr. Ready is an incompetent surgeon. He performed a septoplasty on me. Caused permanent nerve damage. I also contracted a staph infection from the surgery. He mismanaged my pain, failed to properly treat the infection, and his equally incompetent PA provided negligent and harmful advice through it all. I was forced to seek treatment from a different doctor to stabilize the botched surgery and may still need skin grafting to close the nasal lesion caused by the infection. If you are considering Ready as a surgeon, find another -- and run away as fast as possible.

Went to see him for a ruptured ear drum. I should've known right away to find someone else, but it's who my doctor referred me to. Their office is horrible about answering the phone or returning calls. Waited over a week for a return call, just to schedule the appointment. Dr. Raedy fed me a line about I needed surgery right now, then changed to a couple months, then changed to next month. Said if I waited more than two months my ear drum could disintegrate. He put on a big show to try and scare me into surgery. He almost had me, if my fiancee didn't come with me (who is a nurse at a major hospital) and if he told me it hasn't healed at all and wouldn't even entertain the idea it is healing (my hearing was slightly improving, common sense says it's healing some, and it was his first time seeing it. How did he know?). Needless to say, save yourself the wasted time and money of a second opinion or surgery. Go see someone else!!!!

Amazing Doctor has been a godsend to my whole family. Dr Raedy has taken excellent care of my children and grandchildren. Wouldn’t think of going to anyone else !

Dr. Raedy is friendly and personable. He tried everything to not have to cut me open to fix my sinuses. I appreciate that he tried other avenues. The office staff are friendly and let me know if the doctor is running behind which is very much appreciated. I have been a patient of Dr. Raedy's for over 15 years.

Avoid this "doctor" (and I use this title LIGHTLY) at ALL COSTS! Not only is he incredibly incompetent and arrogant, he's extremely unprofessional. When I went in for a follow-up appointment, the first question he asked was about payment. I was really shocked by this and responded that I had not yet received the co-pay statement from the insurance company and so I didn't know what my responsibility of payment was. He just rolled his eyes and said, "Well please make sure it's taken care of." I've never had a medical professional talk to me about payment. Will never return.

My appointent was not put in there system on 2 occations. I went in 3 times for a consultaion for something specific and have yet to actually have the demonstration they say they offer. Doctor asks very few questions. Last time I was told surgery is an option but because the doctor does not perform himself they cannot submit the code to my insurance and they gave me ZERO info on what the surgery entailed. They wrote down the name and told me to google it!

I made an appointment to get a second opinion about a condition I have. A female came into the exam room and said she knew nothing about my condition. She said if it did not go away I could return in 6 weeks and see the DR. Then I was charged $235 for absolutely nothing. I sent them a letter about this, which they ignored.
