Horrible doctor. I do NOT recommend him if you’re struggling with your mental health and are needing answers or someone to talk to. I was seeing him for 4 years letting him belittle me and I would dread every appointment, and afterwards my day would always be ruined. I’ve never written a review for anything before but after my appointment with him today I decided to write my first review. It’s dangerous having someone like him in this profession and he should find another.

Dr Segars just flat out shows no emotional connection to his clients. Hes very cold. And I get the feeling he would rather you suffer er r. And MHMHR as a whole flat out sucks. Theres always a new social worker dealing with your case. You have to answer a bunch of the same questions every time you go in to "update your case" which makes literally no difference in how they treat your disorder unless you say several times that you want to die and have a plan. Receptionists are not helpful and usually rude. I have exactly the right amount of pills to get me by mon th h to month so if ever theres a discrepancy or even I lose some they make it near impossible to reach them and get the pills to you. Their one job is to get you your medication and they find it so freaking difficult.
