Dr. Douglas M Sorensen, MD, FACS

Dr. Douglas Sorensen specializes in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery, bringing extensive expertise to the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and neck region. He earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, and completed his residency training at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado, and the University of Colorado Health Sciences in Denver. Dr. Sorensen further advanced his expertise through a fellowship at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, focusing on complex head and neck cancer cases. He holds board certification in otolaryngology from the American Board of Otolaryngology and is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Sorensen is fluent in both English and Spanish.
