This guy is a criminal. He evaluated me for workmans comp. He commented on my prescription sunglasses(after a brain injury) before I ever sat down in his office. After his evaluation was overturned, he was the evaluator of my child's custody case. I said "dont I know you from somewhere?" Looking at the ground he replied "why dont you come into my office we can talk about it?....." ?? it was scary how he tried to affect my life. He should be in prison. He mentioned me by name something like 25 times in his first report. Clearly my name is on my child's custody case. He intended to do me harm.

Extremely unethical provider. Do not trust him. Does not put the interest of his patients first. He's looking to receive a paycheck, that's about it.

I would not reccomend no one to him i feel resentful towards him he is a mean doctor to the patient me.....he the one that has a dingy smell
