I've been a patient of Dr. Winger for over 29 years and I can't say enough positive things about him and his staff. He and Dr. Pratt delivered my children and I feel like they are part of the family ever since. My daughter even goes to them now. GREAT Doctor!

Wonderful staff.

This practice is a nightmare. The doctor's maybe okay I personally preferred a PA that's there. So I called 3 times prior to my appointment day. I am between insurances and wanted to make sure everything was fine before I headed out and left my new job early. The office confirmed all 3 times everything was fine. I get to my appointment and I am told by receptionist I owe a balance. So I quickly try to resolve the issue being that this was an emergency visit the day before I went pale in the face and almost fainted at my new job from the pain oh and also running a fever. The office refused to see me over $35 dollars. I pulled my bank statements on my phone they kept on changing the dates on me that I so called owed for because time after time I kept pulling the charges taken out of my account by there practice. The billing supervisor Judith is a bone head. She truly missed her calling to being the scum under my shoe. The world is not safe with this heffa here. $35 for a office to… deny you medical attention over that amount that speaks in volumes I take it they are not doing well. And have poor employees like Judith and Brenda that are over worked and under paid.

The time spent with the doctor was fine, however the wait time was ridiculous and the spanish girl up front was more concerned with her personal phone calls and spanish conversations with the girls to her right than anything else. She acted very put off when I had to ask when would I be getting called for my appointment. in the end I was there from 10:40am until approximately 1pm.

I think he's a very good doctor. He seems very well versed and takes time to educate me on my condition and test results. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a good doctor!

I've been a patient of Dr. Winger for many years, and I have always found him to be very competent. He has performed surgery on me and he delivered my grandson. He isn't a jovial person, he's rather serious and perhaps a little shy, but he's a very good doctor. He has never been rude to me and afterall, he's my doctor not my friend. I don't judge him on personality, just competence.

Dr. Winger delivered my baby. I felt comfortable and confident with his care. I think Dr. Winger's skills are the best in Osceola County.
