Great doctors, except for the billing department. Had Dr. Dorman answer his phone while I was in the office. Dr. Sittner has done a great job on me and would like to go back. Had problems with the billing department and they would not work with me. Sorry, Tom VD

Called office in Commerce because billing was incorrect. They billed me as having something done on my forearm. I had something looked at on my eyebrow. It was a raised bump and no big deal. He looked and said it was fine so I left. Nothing was done. I called the office and they spoke with the doctor about this and he called me back. He basically had a total attitude with me on the phone as I explained what they billed for was wrong. His response was “ I will have to trust you on that!” In my book he called me a liar! When I have a bill to pay I pay it! I will never come back to this office again. To me they are billing unnecessarily and it’s wrong! Do not recommend!

Billing department is rude and not helpful at all. Understandable she is overwhelmed in her position but I was under the impression they were there to help. Doctors are excellent!

Dr. Cetner, Removed some fatty tissues from my face. Even thought at first sight of the scar afterwards was swollen, after a while it looks like nothing was ever wrong there.
