I will definitely recommend this place.

I have had two surgery’s that has gone very well him and everyone that works for him are amazing thank you for all the help.

Typical surgeon, will talk to you when you are sick, never saw him again after my surgery, because I was better. Must be boring to talk to patients that are better.

I didn't even see him for follow-up appt saw stranger that didn't want to hear me

I feel Dr. MacDonald is an honest, Christian doctor. He listened and responded to me in a professional manner. He did his best for me and when he felt there was nothing else he could do he referred me to someone who could advance my treatment.

Dr. Mac is the best. He is very personable, has a great bedside manner and really cares about his patients. He will go that extra mile to get you well. I like the fact that he does not act superior (even tho he is in his field), and I don't feel the least bit intimidated. Nurse Terry is very professional and knows her stuff. Once you get to talking to her it's like you have known her for years. The entire staff are awesome and willing to work with you on just about anything. I would not trust my back, neck or any neurologic part of me to anyone else.

Office staff very courteous and caring regarding my specific problem. Short wait in office. Dr. MacDonald took time to explain my medical problem, what I could expect from conservative treatment versus surgical treatment, and follow up care during my course of treatment has been excellent. Would definitely recommend this surgeon.

Poorest bedside manner ever encountered. Treats patients as if they are children or imbeciles. Tries to take away their dignity with smart-aleck answers. Does not explain procedures well. Talks about his patients to his collegues in public and refers to patients as "old man, old woman" within earshot of family members. Hopefully he is a better surgeon to make up for his lack of concern for the patient.
