Great doc very thorough and has great bedside manner

Dr. Arshad is very intelligent, and has been very good to me for years. If he had the back up support system he needs, he would be as good as doctors in Memphis, TN. Dr. Arshad should have a bright future ahead of him in his medical career, because he treats patients right and seems to really care!

Dr. Arshad is very intelligent, and has been very nice to me. If he had the back up support system he needs, he would be as good as doctors in St. Louis. The person that reads the ct scans, is useless. He puts no significant abnormalities on every ct scan he reads. They need to get rid of the person reading the scans. Dr. Arshad will go far in his medical career, because he is caring, and treats patients right.

Doesn’t spend more than 30 seconds in a room. He just writes prescriptions and does zero diagnosis of condition.

He doesn’t spend more than two minutes with you. Just prescribes medicine then leaves. Doesn’t actually do an exam, just throws pills at the issue without looking for underlying cause. I can’t believe people see him.

Four or five hour wait times are not unusual. Dr. Arshad does not control his schedule at all. I had an 8:30 AM appointment and had to leave at 1:30 PM without seeing him. The person next to me had an 8:15 AM appointment and was told at !;25PM that it would be "A couple of more hours" before he would be seen. " We are really busy!" He could be a good Doctor, if he could get past that.

Dr. Arshad is a treasure and a boon to the community. Thoughtful and caring, he seems to work 24/7. He has gone far and beyond what I would have expected from any doctor in this economically-depressed area. It is astounding that he chooses to make his practice here. He is a superlative physician and has excellent communication skills: he is able to explain things clearly and thoroughly to the patient and family and always takes the time to do so.
