Take your money as you walk in. Make you wait 2 hours. Left without seeing dr. Got my visit credit before I left and had to pay $5 parking. Total disrespect.

A refreshing change to our previous dermatologist.

If you are not going for cosmetic issues, forget about it. Waiting time is insane, and when a doctor finally shows up, she has a "diva attitude".

Great office/doctor. Dr. Barba is very knowledgeable and prepared. She graduated at Harvard Medical School and it shows!

I had an appointment scheduled for today at 11:00. I arrived promptly at 10:40 signed my name in and proceded to wait. The waiting room was packed, and more people kept coming in. They were calling people in slowly but the progress was steady, however, after waiting for about 45 minutes, they called in two people that had arrived after me. At first I figured, it might me for different things, but then they kept calling others that had gotten there after me, so I decided to go to the front desk and ask the girl if maybe they had skipped my file. The girl at the front desk was super annoyed that I was even talking to her, she was rude and did not even want to talk to me in ENGLISH!!! it was as if she didn't even speak the language, I began to explain to her that my appointment was for 11am and it was now 11:40, when she rudely interrupted me and told me that they don't take people by appointment, only by order of arrival!! the nerve! I said, well, I got here at 10:40 and you've already… called several people that got here after I did, so that doesn't make sense. She was very dismissive and told me she had no control over anything, told me to sit down and wait. Mindy you, I had already been waiting for over an hour (& I had my 3 year old daughter with me) After about 15 more minutes she called me in to go pay the co-payment. I went in and the lady that was supposed to charge me was "busy" on a personal phone call. I did not want to seem rude so I didn't say anything and politely waited for what seeemed like another 10 minutes... when she finally got off her personal phone call she said the computer was "slow" and proceeded to charge me $72.50 when my co-payment is only $15.00. I was already so upset by having waited so long and being treated so rudely that I did not want to pay a dime more than what my insurance covers. I explained to her that I had been there before and that my copayment was only $15.00. To what she replied: we charged you wrong last time!!! Oh goodness, this was the last straw. She asked me if I wanted to cancel, at that point I just said, fine and walked out of the office. I just got home and called my insurance & verified that my co-payment is only $15.00. I told them about my bad experience and asked for a different provider.It's just so sad that people that work at doctor's offices are so clueless about customer service. I really liked Dr. Barba, she is very knowledgeable and professional but I just can't put myself through so much stress in order to see her for a consultation. The worst part of it all is all the precious time I wasted waiting there for nothing.

I start to visit Dr. Barba 6 years ago for regular skin check-ups. Overtime she has not only kept my body healthy but she taught me how to take care of my skin on a daily basis. I really appreciate all the personal care that I receive at her office.

Dr. Barba has treated me several times for different issues I had with my skin, and has also treated 2 of my children. They feel very comfortable with her, and I find her to be very knowledgeable, approachable and professional. I've recommended her to everyone I know!
