Dr. Andres Mihkel Madissoo, MD

My husband’s first visit to this Doctor, but not to the practice. He had his medical history and current problem down pat stepping into the exam room. He took his time, no rush! His nurse was a different story. Very sharp and rushed, leaving the room closing the door with quite a bang. Quiet a difference in manner and composure. Like she was on the clock. She did her job but we felt we were an inconvenience to her work schedule. I didn’t want to take up precious time discussing the situation as I know there were several patients waiting and to concentrate on why we were there in the first place. But the Doctor was terrific and we only switched because Northeast in Fayetteville is closer to our home in Manlius, as opposed to North Syracuse. So we highly recommend this Doctor!!

Very friendly,,answers all questions and spends the time with you to make sure everything is covered and taken care of..

Excellent Doctor

I could write a book on how rude the front desk girls were when helping me with checkin and apts. BRENDA has helped me with my bill and was cordial. You need to reevaluate people taking care of sick patients regarding front desk because the people that are there now in my opinion, STINK!!!

Wait time was never more than 15 minutes but

Dr. Madissoo is very easy to talk to . He spends time with you and does not rush thru an exam. You can tell that he cares about you and wants what is best for you .i recommend him to my friends looking for a doctor.

Prior to, Dr Madissoo spent a lot of time discussing options. During surgery he would send a nurse out to check on my wife as I was in one hospital and my wife's dad was in another. After surgery, he was going out of the country on vacation yet called my home before leaving to see how I was doing and touched base upon his return.

Dr. Madisso as great bedside manners. Very easy to talk with..
