Dr Tobon was not available so I saw Dave. Big mistake. I had pus filled bites and his answer was to squeeze out the pus without washing his hands or putting on gloves, thereby releasing the infection and exposing me and himself. Then when I went to my GP and he tried to take a sample to send for evaluation to find out what was biting me, there was nothing to sample thanks to Dave. Also, Dave squeezed with no warning and no explanation - just suddenly there was pain!

Dr Tobon and Shannon are excellent and I have always been happy with their clinical treatment. However, their front desk staff is very rude and show no concern when you call or need to reschedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I will be going back to my old dermatologist for treatment where their front desk staff is warm and inviting. I highly recommend you having a training to teach your front desk staff customer service skills and how to be kind and caring when talking to patients. I do believe having recare patients keeps a business afloat. But if your staff doesn’t care to do that then you will be losing more patients.
