Saw Dr Smith right away. Very short wait although the clinic was very busy. He remembered me from years ago and was extremely knowledgeable about the issues with my knees.

Dr gave me a cortisone shot on the outside of my right knee because 40 years ago I had orthopedic surgery for a torn ACL I informed him that I had some discomfort on my knee. On a scale of 0 to 10 I stated 3to 4. Today going down my stairs my knee gave out I think he should have given me the cortisone shot on the inside not the outside of my knee. My knee hasn’t given out in 40years.

I was a late add on but they were very timely in keeping me on schedule. Dr. Smith never made me feel rushed, explained everything concerning my condition and treated it accordingly. Offered proper follow up plan as well

Dr. Smith is a very caring and competent doctor. He always explains everything thoroughly and clearly. He has a nice sense of humor and spends enough time so that I feel that I’m not being rushed. He did a great job on my meniscus repair and has since given me Cortizone shots and it has all gone very well. I trust his judgment.

Felt like I was rushed out of there. I've been having problems with my knee and I had gotten my MRI done as instructed for them to further treat my problem. He then told me I need blood work done, and that I need to reach out to him when I get the results. Its been a week still no results, still in pain. Did not feel like I was helped at all. Pretty upset. No help at all.

Dr Smith has always been efficient, timely, and helpful at my visits for shoulder pain and function. He clearly explained my options. For now, I choose steroid injections a few times a year and he always does them himself after our conversation. A few years ago he also correctly diagnosed my neck pain and disfunction and I was able to have surgery at Brigham mgh with a spine specialist. Dr. Smith has my trust for treatment.
