Nightmare from making the appt to the f/u visit. 90% of staff at St Peters was rude & unhelpful when arriving for colonoscopy. Appt at 2 & was taken in after 4. Put in a room where garbage’s were being emptied into large can at end of day. Anesthesiologist was beyond rude, Dr Korman started procedure before I was knocked out & woke up as he was finishing. After procedure was told “they removed something that they didn't know what it was & it would be biopsied” & I would have to come back in a year for another colonoscopy. Called for 3 weeks b4 getting someone to call back with results. Went to f/u visit & another doctor came into room to tell me everything was okay & I don’t need to come back for 10 yrs. Told him that’s not what I was told at time of procedure & began expressing my other grievances. He left the room & Dr Korman came in (why he wasn’t there originally I don’t know) and he said “oh the other doctor didn’t know”. Really!? Run don’t walk away from this doctor!

Dr. Korman is there for you answering all your questions. Has a wonderful bedside manner. Five star doctor. Would highly recommend him.

Trustworthy, attentive and caring..

Very good doctor, spend appropriate amount of time with his patients and is very attentive and caring. I would recommend him.

He hardly gave 5 minutes to the patient. His nurse was more attentive and patient than him. Please do look for another doctor to save yourself and time.

Was suppose to have a 9 am appt. which they then called a few days later and said he was going to be in a meeting could at 10:40 am. I'm handicapped and my wife has to drive me. She had to be at work at noon so this wasn't going to work. So they said come in at 10 am, which I was suspicious of the time. So I finally get a call the morning of the appt saying he wouldn't be in until 11 could I come in at 10:45!! If 10:40 didn't work how was 11 am suppose to suddenly work. Oh and I waited over a week for the appt. I will NEVER set foot in his office again!!

Dr Andrew Korman's quick decision to perform ERCP in the middle of the night when the hospital endoscopy unit was closed, get a team together, and perform it with the team that same night, saved my life. If he waited till morning to do the procedure my infection would have badly spread to my blood and would have endangered my life more . He is a young doctor but is passionate with what he does, I am sure he will g a long way with his career. God bless you doctor, you are a gem in the medical field.

Dr. Korman is one of the best GI doctors I met. Very passionate explains in detail and down to earth. I will always remember you and how you never gave up on my son.
