Dr. Andrew Mark Goldstein, MD

Dr Goldstein and the office staff aren’t on their game. Takes many attempts to renew most prescriptions and get answers. Sometimes we don’t get results or antibiotic prescriptions for positive urinary tests. My 95 year old friend went there a few days ago for a Rx renewal. Today we were told there was an order on her record to draw blood and they didn’t do it. Now her pulmonologist is requesting a blood draw and he won’t do it as per her request. You have no idea how difficult it is to get this 95 year old out to see the doctor. He makes everything difficult and needs to step up his practice.

I think it's time to see a new doctor. He is constantly never on time..he is average in his exam. Doesnt say too much. The fact that every time I see him I have to wait 45 minutes tells me he overbooks. Time to find a new doctor. No reason to stay

I have been a patient of Dr. Goldstein's for 20 years and find him to be extremely professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I have only experienced normal wait times for my appointment and have always know the staff to be helpful and friendly. Dr.Goldstein is very thorough in his examinations and always answers any questions that I have in a way I can understand. I am very happy with Dr. Goldstein as my doctor.

I would never ever go back to this office or refer any one to him He makes patients wait for hours , he is never on time .And when he does finally get there he still doesn't start until atleast another half an hour. He has so many Physican Assistants come and go no one seems to last more then a year . You try to make an appointment and they give you to the PA your lucky if you actually get an app. with him. There are two old long time employees there who are just so burnt out from which reflects on how they answer the phone extremely nasty and may I also mention I was hung up on by his manager Betty. And when you walk in you get from these two SIT DOWN not welcoming at all . And it's funny how when you sit in the waiting room you can hear other patients who are waiting talking on how they can't tolerate it there and want to request there records and leave.. WARNING STAY AWAY !!!!!!

My insurance required referrals from my GP. The office staff would NOT help with this unless I furnished them with Specialist's Vytra number. Even then they did not do their job. I had to call several times and then be told that "didn't I know that they were busy and didn't have time to get me my authorization number." I made sure my appts were sched. At least 7 days from the time I called for authorization and referral numbers. I have missed appts with specialists because of them not doing their job. If me or my husband needs anything like copies or scripts or referral numbers we now go directly to the office and wait until they give them to us. I saw Dr. Goldstein on my first visit...only see PA or NP now. Needless to say,we are both changing our primary doctor.

People who say they have problems with the staff are people who have problems with everyone....perhaps it is you?Nancy and Janice are great.

WHO EVER WROTE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW MUST BE THE PROBLEM NOT THIS OFFICE I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT WITH DR GOLDSTEIN FOR 25 YEARS AND HE AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KIND

Terrible office staff. Rude and uninterested in your problems. I would never recommend this office to anyone who i actually wanted to get well.
