In order to earn more money, Dr. Lin will quickly, and of couse, coarsely, to get a diagnostic conclusion, which is inaccurate or wrong. As a result, this makes it possible for him to order unnecessary tests and exams, which put heavier financial and mental burdens on patients.

Once we had the 1st appointment in the afternoon (after Dr.'s lunch break). But we had to wait for 15+ minutes as the Dr. wasn't back in the office yet. And there was no apologies at all once the Dr. came in.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Andrew Lin for almost 18 years. He is always patient, caring and ready to listen. His diagnostic accuracy is better than specialist .

Totally disinterested in his patients. Very interested in getting maximum compensation from insurance. His interest in patient is directly proportional to how much he can get from insurance.

His staff is terrible. The accounting is even worse. They lose checks and when they do get a check it doesn't get cashed for six weeks

If you have a simple medical problem and just want someone to fix it, Dr Andrew Lin might be your kind of doctor. He is most comfortable with addressing symptoms and doesnâ??t invest very much in finding the cause. His solutions do not take into consideration the full health context of the patient. (e.g. a sodium-based drug is prescribed for someone on a low-sodium diet) He is not comfortable with complex situations that require evaluation of risks and rewards, their inter-relations and making informed, appropriate tradeoffs. His communication skills are minimal, giving instructions like, â??Drink more water.â?? for a kidney function problem or, â??Donâ??t eat meat.â?? for gout. His staff goes through the motions of office administration and the taking of vitals, leaving much to be desired in terms of professionalism or value.
