THE DISRESPECT IS UNBELIEVABLE! My appointment was for 10:30. I got there at 10:20 to be on time in case of any last minute paperwork that i did not already fill online. I walked in, and the person in the front office, super relaxed and nonchalant: "Just so you know, you have to wait about, hmmm, 40 min or more". I said: but my appointment is for 10:30, I had to take off from work ... And you know when you get that completely blank face with a smirk like "it is what it is", and then she said "you want another appointment another day? you can come tomorrow at 9:10". If you have a 9:10 the next day, why do you have today an hour delay at 10:30 in the morning already!!!! Call people ahead of time, and ask them if they can reschedule! I am so tired to hear that my time is less important than a doctor time. SO DISRESPECTFUL!!! I am not just a number in your books, a dollar sign for your ignorant entitlement to think that my time has no value. What is the point of appointment then?! And… they have the nerve to tell you to get there with 30 min before your appointment.

Dr. Falabella is absolutely wonderful. I recommend her highly. She listens and spends quality time with you to address your needs. She is the best. She is so nice and so caring. I wish I met her years ago. I’ve never had a Dermatologist help me with my needs like her. And if she can’t help you, she will tell you who to go to. She has never steered me wrong. I can’t be happier with her, and I’m so glad she’s younger than me so I can have her for life. She’s beautiful inside and out, professional, caring and truly the best. She’s helped me feel better and look better and that’s priceless. Thank you so much Dr Fallabella. I’m your patient for life. Much appreciation to you… Cindy Bahr

We waited 2 hours arrived at 125pm and at 317pm was told we had a further 20 min wait... absolutely unacceptable, office staff is inconsiderate and unprofessional, we asked for our copay back and left with our 6yr old. We are extremely disappointed and will NOT be returning.

We have been patient for more than 2 years and in our last visit we were required to give a credit card to put on file “just in case” even though I explain to several employees that we are self pay patients. They would not let the doctor see my 13 year old if I did not sign the form. Having experiences from other doctor’s offices that have sent me invoices after my visit was fully paid as a Self Pay patient, I can only imagine myself fighting with a billing office (nothing as impersonal as this) about an invoice not pertinent. So even though we have waited more than 2 hours for her to see us, we were willing to do this, but the latest “credit card on hold” simply is not worth fighting for. I would recommend to review this policy because it just does not make sense.

I have never seen a Dermatologist that will perform such a detailed exam. She is the Doctor of Doctors, well known for having the “eagle eye” to detect skin cancers. She will take the time needed with each patient to answer every question, and she is even able to guide you to get better care for other medical conditions none skin related, quite rare in the medical community. She is worth the wait. I will keep referring my family, my friends and my patients to Dr. Falabella because *SHE CARES*

Dr Fallabella is Profesional kind and never had mis diagnose me or my husband i highly recommend her,we had send lots of friend to her and they are very Happy I did recommend .Norma S

Long time patient of Dr. Falabella and no complaints whatsoever about the doctor, but very disappointed that I will not be visiting her office again. The wait time is extremely unreasonable and on my last visit I did not even get to see her because the front desk misplaced my chart and forgot to call me. Left after 2 1/2 hours without seeing the Dr.

Dr Falabella found a suspicious lession and after a biopsy she destroyed a malign lession with surgery and laser.

I have been going to Dr Falabella for quite a few years now. A friend from work recommended her. I am so glad that I went to see her. There are very few doctors that take the time to listen to you. Some patients complain about the wait but when you understand why you may have a little wait you will understand. Dr. Falabella is very thorough and cares about you. As she is doing her examination, she explains everything to you. She makes you feel more relaxed and is so very gentle. She checks everything from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Thank you Dr. Falabella I really appreciate you. I refer her to everyone.

Very knowledgeable and meticulous. Great bedside manner.
