Dr. Anthony Joseph Martini, MD

I have been calling this office pretty much every day for a couple of weeks. No one EVER Answers the phone. I had left two messages and was never contacted back. After a couple of weeks of calling every day, someone finally answered the phone. When I told them I was a new patient and would like to schedule an appointment with Dr. Martini, they told me he isn't accepting new patients. Finding quality health care up here is very hard. I finally thought I found a good doctor that's competent, went to a good school etc and I cant get an appointment with him. I've been trying to call the office to see if I can get put on a waiting list but again..no one ever answers the phone in this office.

I drove 2 hrs to see him each way because of his excellent reviews. I wanted a 5 star doctor and was willing to drive that far for it. My experience was pretty terrible time after time. I'm not sure if it was because of my insurance or what, but I did not find that they cared about my husband or I at all. On more than one occasion they claimed they never received faxes (from multiple sources: labs, insurance, and other medical facilities). At one point, multiple people dropped the ball on filling out paperwork for prior authorization and one person in the office told me it wasn't her job. It was very disappointing and stressful to me. I'm not sure how everyone else is getting such great service and I am not, but that was my experience with the office. I'm done with them.

Dr Martin is awesome. My wife and I have been going to him for several years and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The office is well run and the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend him.
