I haven't been the same since he treated me last. Could not ask for better !!!

Most knowledgeable pain management and physical conditioning physician that I have ever met. I've lived all around the US, from Seattle to New York and have maintained a very active lifestyle. I am now in my mid 60's so finding competent care is increasingly critical. Getting referred to Dr. Picchiello handled that concern when he gave me the best general exam that I have had since moving back to Florida 30 years ago. From current range of motion, limitations due to past injuries, and my personal goals for physical conditioning his probing interview, and hands-on exam technique (something surprisingly rare even for pain specialists!) convinced me I had found a doctor who could not only "keep up with me" but by my second appointment he had answered several questions that I didn't even know I had! His office staff is way above average in every way- very competent, efficient, with as much personality as you could ask for in a professional setting. Folks, if you are serious about… either maintaining or improving your health, and you are willing to take your doctor as serious as you expect him to take you, then I think you will agree with me that Dr. Picchiello is a doctor that you can keep for life. and isn't that really what going to a personal health care professional all about?

I saw Doctor P back in 2012 and would love to get back in to see him he treated me with injections and other forms of treatment for my pain and made a great difference

This was the best place I had been in along time that did not make me fill rushed and that they was only worried about the money. He should train doctors how to care for a patient. Great personality with care and compation for me and my spouse.

One of the most caring Doctors ever.He always makes you feel better because he takes the time to listen.He should give lessons on bedside manner.I never heard anything negative from any other patients.The best of the best!

Dr. P is the best physiatrist that I have ever seen. He cares for you like you are family!

Dr. P is one of the best pain management specialists I have ever had. He is so compassionate and caring and he genuinely cares about his patients. I have been seeing a PM specialist for almost 15 years, mostly anesthesiologists, but after finding Dr. P I wouldn't consider going to anyone else. Don't believe some of the negative press he's gotten lately due to a former patient. Consider Dr. P for treatment and judge him accordingly by what he can do for you. There must be a reason why his office is so busy and it's because all his patients are willing put up with extended wait times in the waiting room to see one of the best. He's one of the few physicians who actually spends a lot of time with each individual patient, unlike some physicians who spend less than three minutes with each patient. I guarantee you'll never find another PM doctor as caring as Dr. P and he's worth the wait.

Dr. Anthony Picchiello is the best physician I have ever had. His quiet, attentive, nuturing demeanor puts the most apprehensive patients at ease. He is a staunch advocate for his patient's needs and makes improving quality of life an obtainable goal. Dr. Picchiello practices a sub-specialty of medicine that cares for the most notoriously difficult patient base- those who suffer from severe, unrelenting pain. He should be commended for continuing to practice pain management in a time of increased scrutiny and suspicion from the State, who seemly will stop at nothing to end the practice of medical pain management in an attempt to restore public "confidence" after the exposure of "pill mills" lead to national humiliation. The Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance is more concerned with their reputation than ensuring patients receive quality care, and in the end they will not only destroy the reputation of beloved doctors but allow countless patients to… suffer needlessly.

excellent doctor very compationate doctor and cares about each and every patient and always asks how is the medication helping you. and always says and tells u everytime ur visit before he hands u ur prescriptions do not share or sell or take more than you are supposed to and take all your medications as how there prescribed to take.
